A Dedicated Server is one used exclusively by the client. It is not shared with anyone else. BEL takes care of the hardware and network connection.

The client has full access to all the server's resources to use as they wish (conforming with the terms of service, of course!). They may use it for mail, web, database, and so on, or any combination thereof.

Managed - This option is for clients who don't want to do their own system administration. We will take care of all security patches and upgrades. Fees are based upon hourly rate of $110 CDN/hour.

Unmanaged - This option is for clients with their own expertise who only require hardware rental and internet connection. Our technicians are available for any special requests for software installation, configuration, etc., at the standard rate of $110 CDN/hour.
